REINFORCING

Rollers with rolled-on leather are moved to the rollout table with the help of mobile robots. The gripper moves rollers from AVG mobile robot into the reinforcement cell. With the help of the carriage the film with the leather is rolled out on the surface of the vacuum table. Then the vacuum pump is switched on and the leather is pressed against the vacuum table eliminating irregularities and creases.

The robot uses the glue tool to apply reinforcing polymer to the places indicated by PLM integrated in MES system.

When reinforcement is completed the leather with the glued-on film is rolled on to the roller with the help of a carriage. The gripper places the roller on the mobile robot to move it to the next cell.
